Our Conscious Living Program that sets the stage for recovery experience that is practical. It is a simple model of recovery that helps participants clear the blocks, imbalances and lifestyle patterns that are holding them back.

Living consciously is about taking control of our life. It’s about thinking about our decisions rather than making them based on what is popular and familiar. Conscious Living is a lifestyle that encourages a life of personal growth. It’s not something we do just once, but a skill that we can develop and apply for the rest of our lives.

Mindfulness is a life skill that help participants make choices in their life that will offer them the best possible outcome. It teaches participants the importance of observing their thoughts and feelings before they make important decisions. Mindfulness helps build self confidence, character and helps participants become the creative designers of their experiences life. It helps participants make mindful decisions that build healthy relationships and inspires creativity.

Meditation works to quiet the mind and activates relaxation and mental clarity. There are many ways to access the power of your mind, but the most simple and direct approach is meditation. Meditation help regulate brains wave so chatter of everyday life can be peeled away and released. Meditation reduces tension and anxiety and aids in releasing blocked patterns of stress.

Recreational Activities bring forth pleasurable experiences that stimulate the mind to produce healthy endorphins and neuropeptides. During an activity such as hiking or a trip to the grand canyon participants have an opportunity to connect with nature an interact with others socially while experiencing the joys of the adventure. It is not uncommon for meditations, workshops or private sessions to be done on the land while participating in an outdoor adventure.

Self Awareness helps us learn about the mind, body, spirit connection to life. In our conscious living series we provide participants with a blueprint for living life consciously with more self awareness of how emotion states effect our biology.
